Making people happy one sweet bite at a time! Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Chef Connie Mullins is a well-rounded chef and pastry specialist who seeks a fulfilling opportunity to feed guests. I am a servant leader well versed in the art of service and hospitality. My goal is to find a unique opportunity where my strengths can be utilized to the fullest by consistently serving my guests delicious and satisfying meals. I am a cook, culinary artist, private event producer, fine caterer, pastry chef/baker, hospitalitarian, teacher, personal/private chef, customer service specialist, kitchen manager, entrepreneur, and beyond.
Chef Connie attended the Bakery Pastry Program and Food and Hospitality Program at El Centro College in Dallas, Texas. 2015 Inducted El Centro College Food & Hospitality Hall of Fame, 2012 Chosen by Food Network as one of America’s premier Pastry Chefs that was featured on Sweet Genius Holiday episode. Lead Tasting Judge for Texas ProStart High School Program, Numerous honors & awards for food and bakery pastry competitions. I am involved in many charitable/volunteer organizations including the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas, Susan G. Komen Foundation, Elizabeth Home, Toys for Tots, and Texas Parks and Wildlife. Outside of the kitchen I promote living a healthy lifestyle. I am an Aqua Aerobics Instructor, avid Mountain Biker and love spending time in the Great Outdoors with my family and friends.
