Chef Morris

Chef MorrisChef Morris has worked within the restaurant industry for over 20 years, and holds an Associates Degree in culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. Chef Morris has served as a Chef-Instructor for the Baking and Pastry Program at Cascade Culinary Institute. During her time at Cascade Culinary Institute she taught youth cooking camps during the summer. Chef Morris’ local experience includes pastry chef and consultant for multiple locations including: Bourbon Street, The Blacksmith Restaurant, Dilusso and Fireside Red. Chef Morris has also provided wholesale items for companies including: Tetherow, BendChef Morris Golf and Country Club, Fireside Red, and Sunriver Resort.
In Las Vegas, she worked at Alex while they maintained their 2 Michelin stars, Bellagio, The Venetian, and Bradley Ogden’s. At Bellagio, she worked on the restaurant team under 3 World-Champion Pastry Chefs. Michele has attended many World Pastry Forums, where she attended classes taught by world-class chefs. She has also volunteered her time for multiple World and national Pastry Forums. Chef Morris is classically trained in Culinary Arts as well as Baking and Pastry.
